研究领域:

生物计算、分子电路、DNA存储、自组装纳米孔器件、纳米智能机器、超分辨成像和自组装纳米颗粒等方面的研究。

研究成果概况:

近年来,以第一或通讯作者身在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Letters, Nucleic Acids Research, ACS Appl. Mater. Interface, Nanoscale, Chemical Communications, Analytical Chemistry, Langmuir, Applied Physics Letters, 中国科学,科学通报, 计算机学报等学术期刊上发表科研论文30余篇。其中,JCR一区论文 16篇,二区论文6篇, IF>8.0论文10篇。

作为负责人,主持科研项目:科技部国家重点研发计划重点专项、北京市联合研发及大科学计划专项、国家自然科学基金(3项)、教育部装备联合基金、北京市自然科学基金、解放军总装备部预研基金和国家博士后特别资助基金。作为参与人,合作开展科研项目:国家基金委重大仪器专项、基金委重大项目(2项)、基金委重大应急项目、重大国际合作项目和国家自然基金面上项目(4项)等。申请发明专利7项,获授权4项。2012年,教育部自然科学一等奖(排名5)。

担任中国生物医学学会青工委委员,国家自然科学基金委项目评审专家。担任J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. , ACS Nano, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, International Journal of Biological Sciences, Neurocomputing, Current bioinformatics, 计算机学报, 电子学报, 中科院院刊等多个学术期刊审稿人。担任国际学术会议分会主席及委员,或做口头报告: DNA Computing and Molecular Programming, BIC-TA, DNA Nanotechnology Conference, The CCF Bioinformatics Conference, Material China, Nano S&T等。
