Professor YANG is currently a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at Peking University. She is the Dean of Faculty of Information Science and Engineering, Director of National Research Center for Software Engineering, and Council Chairwoman of School of Software and Microelectronics at Peking University. Professor YANG received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computational Mathematics at Peking University in 1955 and 1958 respectively.
Professor YANG has been a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
since 1991. |
Professor WANG is The Chief Scientist of
Institute of Microelectronics, Peking University.
He directed
the development of the first three-type 1k MOS DRAM (polysilicon gate
and N channel, polysilicon gate and P channel, A1 gate and N channel)
in China, which was one of the pathbreakers of the Silicon-gate-N-
channel MOS technology. Professor WANG has been a member of the
Chinese Academy of Sciences since 1995. |
Professor HE was the dean of School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from 2002 to 2006.
Professor HE received his bachelor degree from Peking University in
1960, later as a graduate student majored in approximation theory inthe same university.
HE has been a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering since 2001. |
Professor XIE graduated (1965) in the Department of Physics at Peking University of China, and got his Ph.D (1983) from the Institute of
Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
Professor XIE has been a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2003, and a fellow of Third World Academy of Sciences since 2004. |
