  • Fabrication and Properties of Nanoelectronic Materials Fabricate nanoelectronic materials using various physical and chemical methods, study their electrical, optical and mechanical properties.
  • Nanoelectronic Devices and System Integration Construct nanoelectronic devices based on semiconducting nanotubes and nanowires, understand their transport mechanism.
  • Characterization Technique of Nanoelectronic Materials Use SEM, TEM and SPM to characterize nanoelectronic materials, use EBM and FIB to construct functional nanostrutures
  • Calculation and Simulation of Nano and Molecular Electronic Devices Use first-principles method to model and simulate electrical properties of nano/molecular electronic devices.
